He possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Management/ Hospitality, a Master’s in Public Health and Post Graduate degree in Nonprofit Management. Mr. Flakes is a consummate of excellence and a subject matter expert in the food industry. His expertise is utilized at Build a Pizza.

Manage payroll, team time & management, and tax control. Normesha has her Associate’s degree in Science and continuing her Bachelor’s degree in Bio Molecular Science. She’s dedicated to our team and the success of the company with Safety as a top priority. She loves animals and owns 3 cats & foster pets to keep them safe.
